Engage-uh-whaaaa'?

Ssssoooooooo....had my first engagement photo shoot today. Not gonna lie, it was nerve wrecking. The couple I took photos of were B.J. and Camille (soon-to-be-Mrs.) Smith. B.J. is my FHE brother and asked me if I could do this about a week ago. I panicked. But eventually agreed (obviously!). So yeah. Ended up taking about 400 pictures....here are four. That's it. That's all you get. My four favorite.

Can't Elope?

Clever title huh? But this post has nothing to do with eloping. Anyway, I've decided that I'd try to keep up with doing my photo journal. I can't guarantee that I'll get a picture up everyday, but I'll try to at least get one every other day. Also, I'll try to put up some other work that I've done for my class sometime soon. So, for today's journal entry here is the picture.


It's cantaloupe! Ha! Ashley (my roommate) cut up some cantaloupe earlier today and I thought I'd take a picture of it. So there you go! :]

My mom sent me a karaoke mic last week and I got it on Friday, Let's just say this guy is finally getting a rest.


Tonight for FHE we went to our bishop's house and had dinner there. Our treats were s'mores :) So this is a picture of my s'more and my FHE bro's s'more as well :]

Every Saturday night some friends and I go to the BYUI-Center (or in tonight's case, the Hart) and play a sport. Usually it's basketball, but we switched it up a bit and played volleyball. This was the better picture out of the ones that I took cause you can see the ball and some hands in the corner.

My roommate has been working out like crazy lately and I'd decided that I'd start going with her and being moral support while also getting my workout on as well. I've gone to work out four days this week. I feel pretty accomplished. So here is a picture of my work out clothes and shoes just thrown on the floor...the way I feel after I work out.

So, these two guys are what I call, My Man Besties (Lloyd is on the left and Danny is on the right). They are the best. They came over tonight after a little Walmart trip and hung out for a few minutes. We played with my roommate's funky hats and took pictures...unfortunately I promised that only those present would be the ones who witnessed the hilarity.

Photo Journal Days 7 & 8

So, I've had a thing for long necklaces for a while now and these three are my favorite. One is a robot. The other is a bird in a cage (it's got this really cool 3D look), and the third just has different little charms on it.



I also love Asian things...and my roommates know this too. So a couple of weekends ago my roommate went home to Utah and she went shopping while she was there. She came back with this surprise for me...I have no idea what it is, but I've recently decided I'd use it to hold my headbands and other hair accessories.
